Please note: Once your request is processed, all account data including game progress, purchases history records, and linked account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. What Data Will Be Deleted?ما البيانات التي سيتم حذفها؟

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed:عند معالجة طلبك، سيتم حذف البيانات التالية بشكل دائم:

  • Account credentials and linked sign-in methods (Google Play Games, Game Center, email)بيانات الحساب وطرق تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة

What Data Is Not Affected?ما البيانات غير المتأثرة؟

  • Purchase history: Transaction records are managed by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their retention policies.سجل المشتريات: تديره Google Play أو Apple وتخضع لسياسات الاحتفاظ الخاصة بهم.

Processing Timeمدة المعالجة

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
